The safety and wellbeing of our teams and guests is our top priority.
We will be operating strictly in accordance with government regulations to keep you and our team safe. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you have any of the following symptoms, please do not visit our venue:
- Continuous cough
- High temperature
- Shortness of breath
Our team has been working to ensure we can operate safely and provide the same level of great service.
We have increased the frequency of our cleaning routines, are taking place regularly all day, every day.
We are encouraging contactless payments to avoid handling cash. The contactless limit for card payments has increased to £45. You can use Apple Pay too.
In order that we can meet the current UK Government guidelines regarding safe distancing, we are running at half capacity for now.
Customers will be required to complete an online form on arrival for track and trace purposes.
Please wash your hands often and keep the safe distance at all times possible. Sanitisers are available at the entrance and around the venue.
Please be advised that if you wear a face covering we may require you to remove it for identification purposes. Those who fail to comply with this guidance may be refused entry.
Thank you for your understanding and we very much look forward to seeing you soon!
Are walk-ins allowed?
Whilst we will always try to accommodate walk ins, due to social distancing measures this may not always be possible or may incur a long wait. We strongly recommend for your own convenience that you book ahead. We take bookings on the day so even if it’s a last-minute treat it’s worth booking ahead.
